  • 6 nos bread slices

  • 1 nos vanilla ice cream scoop

  • 1 tbsp fresh malai

  • 1/2 cups desiccated coconut

  • 1 cups rose syrup


  • cut circle of bread using a glass
  • slightly melt Vanilla ice cream and mix Malai into it
  • take adequate amount of this and spread on one side of the bread
  • put the other slice over it
  • dip this in rose syrup
  • roll it and cover it with desiccated coloured coconut
  • keep it in refrigerator for half an hour
