  • Semolina 1cup


  • Potato 1/2cup (boiled and mashed)


  • Coriander leaves 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)


  • Green chilli 1 piece (finely chopped)


  • Salt 1teaspoon


  • Oil 1 cup

Directions

  • Take a bowl add semolina then add potato, salt to taste, coriander leaves, green chilli mix it well.
  • Greece your palm and make long cylindrical shape from the dough.
  • Take a pan add oil then fry all the the sooji fingers till it golden brown.
  • Best rainy day snacks sooji fingers is ready to serve serve it by garnish of coriander leaves and with Tomato sauce.
