  • Semolina 1cup

  • Potato 1/2cup (boiled and mashed)

  • Coriander leaves 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)

  • Green chilli 1 piece (finely chopped)

  • Salt 1teaspoon

  • Oil 1 cup

    Take a bowl add semolina then add potato, salt to taste, coriander leaves, green chilli mix it well.

    Greece your palm and make long cylindrical shape from the dough.

    Take a pan add oil then fry all the the sooji fingers till it golden brown.

    Best rainy day snacks sooji fingers is ready to serve serve it by garnish of coriander leaves and with Tomato sauce.
