Ingredients

  • Yogurt 1cup


  • Powder sugar 2tablespoons


  • Gelatin 1teaspoon


  • Cardamom crushed 1/4 teaspoon

Directions

  • Take a bowl add 3tablespoons warm water then add gelatin and keep it aside for 10min.
  • Take a bowl add yogurt whisk it then add sugar mix it well.
  • Add cardamom crushed mix it well.
  • Seive the gelatin in yogurt mixture then mix it well.
  • Take a silicon mould pour the lassi then keep it aside in refrigerator for 7-8hours.
  • After 8hours demould it and serve it by garnish of fresh seasonal fruits.
