Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 cups cashew nut milk or almond milk or coconut milk.


  • 3 tsp chia seeds


  • 1 cups chopped nuts


  • 6-7 nos raisins soaked


  • 4 tsp honey


  • 4-5 tsp chenna


  • 2 nos mango wedges


  • 1 nos banana chopped

Directions

  • For cashewnut milk soak cashews overnight or 4 hours and grind it to smooth paste. Strain it with some milk or water.
  • Add chia seeds in the milk with desired amount of honey and refrigerate till the seeds doubles in size.
  • In a glass add chenna and dry fruits.
  • Next pour in the chia seeds and milk . Add a dash of honey and chopped fresh fruits. Grated pistachios and raisins.
  • Serve chilled. Taste good with ice cream.
