cleaned mutton+salt+ginger garlic paste+homemade sambar/masala powder +chilly powder +curd=mix and marinate for 1hr
pour oil in a pressure cooker+mustard ,once mustard starts splitting +curry leaves +green chilly +onion=fry it +marinated mutton =fry for 5mins and then pressure cook for 1 or 2whistles .
take a pan and put 2and cook for 10mins with the lid open to get thick gravy or if u want completely dry keep frying it until the moisture dries out
