Ingredients
Serves 4
chicken boneless pieces cut into thin slices 50 gms
carrot cut into pieces 1/2 nos
broccoli cut into florets 1 cups
green capsicum diced 1/2 nos
onion diced 1/2 nos
baby corns 5-6 nos
spring onions 1 tbsp
soy sauce 1 tbsp
crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
salt 1 tsp
cornflour 1 tsp
garlic cloves chopped 2-3 nos
ginger cut into julienne 1 tsp
oil 2 tbsp
Directions
in a pan take 2 tsp of oil..add ginger and garlic..sauté n add chicken pieces for 2-3 mins till chicken is half cooked
add diced onion,Carrot,baby corn and broccoli and give it a nice mix
add salt
add capsicum and spring onion and toss again..add soy sauce n mix well
mix cornflour with 1 cup of water
pour this to the veggies
add crushed black pepper and serve hot
