Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 nos mango


  • 1 cups coconut scrapped


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 3 nos green chillies


  • 1 tsp raw rice


  • 1 tsp chilly powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 2 nos red chillies


  • 2 nos curry leaves


  • 1 cups curd whipped


  • 1 tsp mustard

Directions

  • Wash mango and cut into small pieces.
  • Grind coconut , jeera, green chillies, raw rice into a smooth paste.
  • Take a pan and add mango slices and water and put it on the stove and let it boil.
  • Add chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  • When the mango becomes soft add the masala paste and sufficient water.
  • Boil it for 5 minutes.
  • Then add the buttermilk to it and when there's bubbles on the surface immediately remove from the fire..
  • Temper it with mustard, red chillies, curry leaves and add it to the gravy.
