Ingredients

Mango 1 nos
Coconut Scrapped 1 cups
Jeera 1 tsp
green chillies 3 nos
Raw Rice 1 tsp
Chilly Powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Red chillies 2 nos
Curry Leaves 2 nos
Curd Whipped 1 cups
Mustard 1 tsp
Directions
Wash mango and cut into small pieces.
Grind coconut , jeera, green chillies, raw rice into a smooth paste.
Take a pan and add mango slices and water and put it on the stove and let it boil.
Add chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
When the mango becomes soft add the masala paste and sufficient water.
Boil it for 5 minutes.
Then add the buttermilk to it and when there's bubbles on the surface immediately remove from the fire..
Temper it with mustard, red chillies, curry leaves and add it to the gravy.
