In a bowl take green chilli paste , ginger garlic paste , black pepper powder , salt and 1 tbsp oil. Mix it well. Add chicken to it. Keep it aside for 6 - 7 hours.
In a pan take 1 tbsp oil and marinated chicken to it. Cook till chicken becomes soft.
In another pan take 1 tbsp oil and add chopped ginger , garlic and green chilli. Saute for 1 minute.
Now add sliced onion , sliced capsicum and chopped spring onion to it.
Add chicken to it.
Now add all the sauces and cook for 5 - 6 minutes.
Gaarnish with spring onion.
