Pasta Masala Toast

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cups pasta

  • 4 tsp oil

  • 1 tsp jeera

  • 1 nos onion

  • 1 nos tomato

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves

  • 4 nos bread slices

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 nos cheese cube or mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • Boil water add salt and then add pasta and cook Al Dante strain and keep aside
  • In a wok add oil then add jeera let it sputter and then add finely chopped onions and fry it till the onions become golden then add ginger garlic paste fry for a min then add all the dry spices
  • After a min add pureed tomato and fry till oil separates
  • Now add pasta and mix well fry for a min and sprinkle coriander leaves ur stuff for the toast is ready
  • Now apply butter on the bread slices apply tomato sauce add the pasta stuff then add grated cheese or mayonnaise
  • Heat a flat skillet nicely add some butter keep the toast on it keep the flame low and cover the toast for 2 mins let the cheese melt nicely
  • Serve it hot with tomato sauce or green chutney.... Very yummy and rich to taste U can make a toast or a sandwich with this method... 😋😋😋
