Take a vessel and add gram dhal powder, rice flour and idli batter and mix well.
Then add chopped onions, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves turmeric powder and salt to taste.
Mix all ingredients together.
Now add water little by little and bring to a dough consistency.
It should not be too thick or too loose.
Heat oil in a pan and add small quantities of the dough and fry them till golden brown.
