Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups gram dhal powder


  • 2 tsp rice flour


  • 2 tsp idli batter


  • 2 nos onions chopped


  • 3 nos green chillies chopped


  • 2 tsp curry leaves chopped


  • 2 tsp coriander leaves chopped


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 cups oil for frying

Directions

  • Take a vessel and add gram dhal powder, rice flour and idli batter and mix well.
  • Then add chopped onions, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves turmeric powder and salt to taste.
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Now add water little by little and bring to a dough consistency.
  • It should not be too thick or too loose.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add small quantities of the dough and fry them till golden brown.
