Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups pasta


  • 4 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 2 nos onions finely chopped


  • 1 cups cabbage


  • 1 nos bell pepper


  • 1 nos carrot


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder


  • 1 tsp pav bhaji masala


  • 2 nos ripe tomatoes pureed


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 2 tsp butter

Directions

  • Boil water add salt and then add pasta cook Al Dante strain and keep aside
  • In a wok add oil then add jeera let it sputter and then add finely chopped onions fry them till they become golden then add ginger garlic paste fry for a min when it starts to smell nice add cabbage bell pepper and carrots finely chopped
  • Fry for a min then add tomato puree all dry masalas and fry till the oil separates
  • Then add water and cook nicely till all the flavours blend perfectly
  • Now add the pasta adjust consistency and let it cook for 2 mins so that the pasta absorbs all the flavours
  • Garnish with coriander and serve hot... Pav Bhaji +pasta = bonus treat...
