Ingredients
Serves 4
medium chicken without skin divided into 8-10 pieces 1 nos
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
oil 4 tbsp
plain yogurt 3/4 cups
coriander powder 1 1/2 tsp
medium onions 3 nos
cunin seeds 3-4 tbsp
cinnanon sticks 2 nos
cloves whole black pepper 6 nos
cloves 3 nos
green chillies 2 nos
red chilki flakes ( optional ) 1 tsp
ginger fresgly crushed 2 tsp
cloves crushed garlic or paste 6 nos
Salt to taste 1 tsp
garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Directions
Chop the onions finely . Cut in the green chillies into hslf . Pour oil in a large non stick paj and warm . ADD the chillies .Add the cumin seeds, cinnamon, black peppetvand cloves and let them splutter
Add the chopped onion saute untill the onions are caramalizedcand dark brown.Now add tge chicken pieces and increase the heat and stir fry untill the chicken turns a light hrown.Add the crushed garlic and ginger and keep stirring for a couple of nore minutes.
Add salt, turmeric,coriander cumin powder. continur stirring and finally reduce the heat to medium and add the yougurt. cover the pan and let it cook fr 20 mins on low heat or till the chicken is nicely done
