Boil 2 glasses of water in a deep vessel, add macaroni simmer it for 4 minutes, strain and wash with cold water and keep aside.
Cut the onions and capsicums into rings.
Put the tomatoes in boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes, remove the Skin and chop them.
Heat butter in a wide pan, add the onions rings and fry.
After 2 minutes, add the capsicum rings and cook for 2 minutes.
Take out a few rings of onions and capsicums for garnishing.
Add crushed garlic, tomatoes and chilli flakes, salt and sauté for 5 minutes on medium flame.
Add boiled macaroni, boiled beans, tomato ketchup , and pizza pasta sauce.
Grease a baking dish and put the mixture in it.
Cover with capsicum and onion rings and sprinkle the grated cheese and oregano on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with garlic bread .
It is a one pot meal.
