1 cups pasta
2 nos potaotes boiled
2 nos carrots
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano black pepper powder and chilli flakes
2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
2 tbsp butter
Directions

In a wok add butter and then add finely chopped carrots and fry for a min then add mashed potatoes and a cup of water. Mash the ingredients with the back of the spoon nicely as the carrot and potatoes cook the sauce will thicken
Cook it for about 5 mins and keep mashing the sauce then add salt oregano black pepper powder and chilli flakes mix nicely and add pasta let the sauce coat the pasta nicely adjust the consistency garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot...
