Wash and soak chana dal in luke warm water for 30 minutes.
Strain it. Add chana dal with one cup water in a pressure cooker and boil it for two whistles so that it becomes soft. Don't overcook it. Drain extra water.
Take a bowl. Add chana dal in it.
Add onions, tomatoes, green chilly, capsicum, carrot and corriander leaves in it.
Add salt and pepper, chat masala, Tamarind sauce and lemon juice in it. Mix well.
It's ready. Serve it.
