Ingredients

Chicken Mince Stuffing :- chicken mince 500 gms
medium chopped onions 2 nos
Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
curd 4 tbsp
soya sauce + 1 tsp white vinegar 1 tbsp
chopped green chillies 1 tbsp
red chili flakes 1 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
garam masala powder 1 tsp
cumin powder 1/2 tsp
coriander powder 1/2 tsp
lemon juice 1 tbsp
chat masala powder 1/2 tsp
Oil for cooking 1 tbsp
Fresh Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Crepe Recipe :-egg 1 nos
milk 1/2 cups
water 1/2 cups
all purpose flour 1 1/4 cups
melted butter 2 tbsp
chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp
Oil for grilling 2 cups
Directions
In a bowl add chicken and curd.
Now in a pan heat oil.
Now add chopped onions and saute till light pink color.
Now add ginger-garlic paste and salt. Saute it nicely.
Now add chicken mixture and green chillies, cook till color changes.
Now add garam masala powder, coriander powder, cumin powder,soya sauce, and vinegar. Cook nicely for 5 mins.
Now add lemon juice, chat masala, and chopped coriander leaves.
Switch off the gas and let it cool.
Now for the Crepe in a bowl take egg, milk, water, salt and all purpose flour mix nicely till smooth batter form.
Now add chopped coriander leaves.
Now take pan add little oil in it. Now pour 1/4 cup batter into the pan and make round shape Crepes.
Cook from both the sides and cool.
Now take one Crepe add the filling in the centre fold from sides to make square shape box. Seal with maida batter.
Now in a grill pan heat oil and grill Crepe Boxes from both the sides.
Serve hot with your favourite dip.
