Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Chicken boneless 350 gms

  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp

  • Salt or to taste 1 1/2 tsp

  • Red chilly powder 1 tsp

  • Gram flour 2 cups

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Red chilly powder 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Oil for frying 2 cups

Directions

    Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, 1.5 tsp salt, red chilly powder and keep for 1/2 hour.

    Make medium batter using water with 1 tsp salt, red chilly powder, gram flour and turmeric.

  • 03

    Heat oil in kadai, take chicken pieces and dip in batter and fry till golden color seen.

  • 04

    Serve with fresh mint chutney.
