Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 350 gms chicken boneless


  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 1/2 tsp salt or to taste


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 2 cups gram flour


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 cups oil for frying

Directions

  • Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, 1.5 tsp salt, red chilly powder and keep for 1/2 hour.
  • Make medium batter using water with 1 tsp salt, red chilly powder, gram flour and turmeric.
  • Heat oil in kadai, take chicken pieces and dip in batter and fry till golden color seen.
  • Serve with fresh mint chutney.
