Ingredients

Serves 4

  • INGREDIENTS FOR KACHORI: - refined flour 2 cups

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Carrom seeds 1 tsp

  • Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp

  • Oil 3 tbsp

  • FOR STUFFING: - finally chopped onion 1 nos

  • finally chopped capsicum 1 nos

  • Boiled corns 1/2 cups

  • Finally chopped garlic cloves 5-6 nos

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • salt 1 tsp

  • Red chilly flakes 1 tsp

  • Mix herbs 1/2 tsp

  • Grated mozerella cheese 1/2 cups

  • FOR POTATO PIZZA SAUCE:- tomatoes 6-7 nos

  • garlic cloves 15-20 nos

  • finally chopped onion 1 nos

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Red chilly powder 1 tsp

  • red chilly flakes 1 tsp

  • Oregano 1 tbsp

  • Vinegar 1 tbsp

  • Tomato sauce 2 tbsp

  • Sugar 1 tsp

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Basil leaves 3-4 nos

  • Washed and Boiled baby potatoes with skin cut in to half 8-10 nos

Directions

    FOR KACHORI: - sieve the flour in a bowl.

    Add salt and pepper, Carrom seeds and oil in it. Mix well.

    Knead a soft dough by using water and keep aside for ten minutes.

    Heat oil in a pan.

  • 05

    Add garlic in it and saute for a while.

  • 06

    Add onions and capsicum in it and saute for five minutes.

    Add corns, Salt, Chilly flakes and mix herbs in it. Mix well and switch off the flame. Let it cool down.

    Heat oil in a kadai.

  • 09

    Divide the dough into equal portions and make round balls.

    Roll the balls into a thin round shape by using rolling pin.

    Add 1 spoon stuffing on it. Place some cheese in it. Sealed it carefully.

    Press these balls between ur palm and Deep fry them on low flame.

    Drain out on absorbent paper.

    FOR POTATO PIZZA SAUCE: - slit x on tomatoes and add it into boiling water for five minutes.

    After strain it, peel the skin of tomatoes and blend into smooth puree.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Add boiled potatoes in it and saute for two minutes.

    Add salt, Chilly flakes and mix herbs in it. Mix well and switch off the flame.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Add garlic in it and saute until golden.

    Add onions in it and saute until transparent.

    Add tomatoes puree in it and cook for five minutes.

    Add salt and pepper, oregano, Chilly flakes, Sugar, basil leaves in it. Mix well. cook for two minutes.

    Add vinegar and tomato sauce in it. Mix well.

    Cook the sauce five minutes more.

    Add potatoes in it. Cook for two minutes.

    It's ready. Serve hot.
