chicken pieces boneless 300 gms
Chopped Coriander Leaves 1/2 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Curd 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Green Chili 1 nos
Bread Crumbs 1/2 cups
cumin powder 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
Paprika Powder 1/2 tsp
Tabasco Sauce 1/2 tsp
Wostersauce 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
oregano 1 tsp
Medium Boiled Potatoes 2 nos
Greted Cheese Cubes 2 nos
Eggs for coating 2 nos
Breadcrumbs for coating 1 cups
In a mixer jar add chicken pieces,green chilli, ginger-garlic paste and coriander leaves.
Blend everything nicely until well combined.
Now in a bowl take chicken mixture. To this add mashed potatoes,cheese, Tabasco sauce, wostersauce,salt, turmeric powder,red chili powder, paprika powder, oregano, cumin powder,coriander powder,curd,and 1/2 cup breadcrumbs.
Mix everything until well combined.
Now take small size ball and make the doughnuts shape.
In another bowl beat eggs for coating.
And in plate take bread crumbs for coating.
Now dip the chicken doughnuts to the egg mixture then coat with breadcrumbs.
Now keep this in the freezer for 1 hours.
In a pan heat oil and fry the doughnuts in medium flame until golden brown in color.
