Make incision in chicken breast from thicker side towards centre. place cheese blocks in centre. mix buttermilk and salt in a bowl. add chicken breasts to the buttermilk mixture, coat well. keep aside for 1-2 hours
Discard Marination and keep chicken aside. In a bowl , mix all spices together. in seperate bowl, add flour and half of spices mixture and mix well reserve the other half of the spices mixture
Coat the chicken well with flour spice mixture on all sides and deep fry. Keep the fried chicken aside
In a saucepan, melt butter, add reserved spices mixture with tomato puree and saute until mixture starts leaving sides
Add sauces, vinegar, sugar and mix well. cook until sauce starts thickening. coat chicken well with sauce. switch off. serve hot either in burger, bun , bread etc
