Ingredients

Serves 4

  • chicken mince 100 gms

  • chopped garlic 1 tsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Black Pepper Crushed 1 tsp

  • Chopped red Chili 2 nos

  • Green Onion Chopped 2 tbsp

  • Long Basmati Rice 1 cups

Directions

    soak rice in water for atleast 3-4 hours

  • 02

    now strain in a strainer and discard water

  • 03

    divide the rice in three parts..mix one part with edible green colour and one part with red colour and rest remain as it is

    mix together chicken mince,salt,black pepper,chopped green onion,chopped red chilli,chopped garlic and mix well

    take small lemon size balls and roll them on rice so that it will be well coated with rice

    do all the balls with different colours

  • 07

    now boil water in a steamer

  • 08

    in the steamer pan place some cabbage leaf to avoid sticking to the base

  • 09

    steam all the dumplings for 15-20 mins

  • 10

    serve hot with schezwan sauce
