  • 100 gms chicken mince

  • 1 tsp chopped garlic

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper crushed

  • 2 nos chopped red chili

  • 2 tbsp green onion chopped

  • 1 cups long basmati rice


  • soak rice in water for atleast 3-4 hours
  • now strain in a strainer and discard water
  • divide the rice in three parts..mix one part with edible green colour and one part with red colour and rest remain as it is
  • mix together chicken mince,salt,black pepper,chopped green onion,chopped red chilli,chopped garlic and mix well
  • take small lemon size balls and roll them on rice so that it will be well coated with rice
  • do all the balls with different colours
  • now boil water in a steamer
  • in the steamer pan place some cabbage leaf to avoid sticking to the base
  • steam all the dumplings for 15-20 mins
  • serve hot with schezwan sauce
