karela 1/2 kgs
chopped onions 2 nos
Chopped Green chili 3 nos
Salt 1 tsp
red chili powder 1/2 tsp
amchur powder 1 tsp
haldi powder 1/2 tsp
hing 1/2 tsp
dhania powder 1 tsp
fennel powder 1 tsp
paneer chopped in small cubes 150 gms
mustard oil 1 tbsp
jeera 1 tsp
Wash and peel karelas.
Slit in between it.
Now put some salt on it.
After 3 hours wash the karelas and the peeling of it.
Deep fry all the karelas.
Deseed them if it can be easily done.
Now on the other hand take a kadai and put 1 tspn oil in it.
Now add hing and jeera.
Now add chopped onions and chopped green chillis.
Saute it for 2 to 3 mins.
Now add the peeling of karelas means chhilka in it.
Mix it and add all the dry ingredients and cubed paneer in it.
Mix it very well and cover it with the lid for 2 mins.
Now after it let it cool.
stuff all the karelas with this paneer stuffing.
Now put these karelas in the kadai and cook for 4 to 5 mins from both the sides of the karelas by covering it with the lid.
Now after five mins Paneer stugfed karelas are ready to serve with the meal.
