Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1/2 kgs karela


  • 2 nos chopped onions


  • 3 nos chopped green chili


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder


  • 1 tsp amchur powder


  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder


  • 1/2 tsp hing


  • 1 tsp dhania powder


  • 1 tsp fennel powder


  • 150 gms paneer chopped in small cubes


  • 1 tbsp mustard oil


  • 1 tsp jeera

Directions

  • Wash and peel karelas.
  • Slit in between it.
  • Now put some salt on it.
  • After 3 hours wash the karelas and the peeling of it.
  • Deep fry all the karelas.
  • Deseed them if it can be easily done.
  • Now on the other hand take a kadai and put 1 tspn oil in it.
  • Now add hing and jeera.
  • Now add chopped onions and chopped green chillis.
  • Saute it for 2 to 3 mins.
  • Now add the peeling of karelas means chhilka in it.
  • Mix it and add all the dry ingredients and cubed paneer in it.
  • Mix it very well and cover it with the lid for 2 mins.
  • Now after it let it cool.
  • stuff all the karelas with this paneer stuffing.
  • Now put these karelas in the kadai and cook for 4 to 5 mins from both the sides of the karelas by covering it with the lid.
  • Now after five mins Paneer stugfed karelas are ready to serve with the meal.
