Ingredients

Serves 4

  • chicken mince 250 gms

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp

  • Finely Chopped Onion 1 nos

  • Finely chopped green chilly 4 nos

  • Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp

  • Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Egg 1 nos

  • salt 1/2 tsp

  • Oil 1/2 cups

Directions

    Marinate chicken mince with all ingredients and keep for 2 hours.

  • 02

    Take small skewers and arrange kebab like Sikh kebab.

  • 03

    Heat oil and fry kebabs till done.
