Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 500 gms boneless chicken cubes


  • 300 gms hung curd


  • 3-4 tbsp fresh cream


  • 1 tsp white pepper pwdr


  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste


  • 1 nos egg beaten


  • 1 nos lemon’s juice


  • 2-3 pinch salt


  • 2 tbsp melted butter


  • 2 drop kewra essence


  • 2-3 nos green chilles chopped finely


  • 2 tsp sugar


  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  • in a mixing bowl add the chicken cubes & all other ingredients (except oil) . mix together & let the chicken marinate for atleast 3 hrs
  • pre-heat oven to 180c. grease a baking tray .
  • skewer the marinated chicken cubes on a wooden stick . arrange all the prepared chicken sticks in the greased tray. apply sum oil on top .
  • bake until done on both sides. . serve hot green chutney or dips of ur choice
  • tip : dnt overcook the chicken ... if its overcooked then it will turn out rubbery & chewy
