Ingredients

  • 500 gms boneless chicken cubes

  • 300 gms hung curd

  • 3-4 tbsp fresh cream

  • 1 tsp white pepper pwdr

  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 1 egg beaten

  • 1 lemon’s juice

  • 2-3 pinch salt

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 2 drops kewra essence

  • 2 -3 green chilles chopped finely

  • 2 tspn sugar

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  • 01

    in a mixing bowl add the chicken cubes & all other ingredients (except oil) . mix together & let the chicken marinate for atleast 3 hrs

  • 02

    pre-heat oven to 180c. grease a baking tray .

  • 03

    skewer the marinated chicken cubes on a wooden stick . arrange all the prepared chicken sticks in the greased tray. apply sum oil on top .

    bake until done on both sides. . serve hot green chutney or dips of ur choice

  • 05

    tip : dnt overcook the chicken ... if its overcooked then it will turn out rubbery & chewy
