Soak Kashmiri chilly and cashew nut in half cup of water for 1/2 hour and make smooth paste
Make pearl onion paste
Marinate chicken with kashmiri chilly cashew nut paste, pearl onion paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, white vinegar,salt and keep it in refrigerator for 1/2 hour
Heat coconut oil in a pan and add marinated chicken and cook until all moisture content goes.Gravy will be coated completely to chicken
Allow chicken to cools down and after mince with hand or knife
Take 1 cup of finely grinded rice flour . Add salt and mix well.
Add boiling water little by little and mix well with a wooden laddle
After it cools down .. mix well with hand to make smooth dough
Take small portion of dough and place it in idiyappam maker.
Wither plantain leaf by showing it in the flame and cut it into palm length pieces
Press idiyappam maker on the plantain leaf in circular portion till it fill completely.
Place chicken filling inside the flour and fold it to one side and gently press the edges so that no filling will leak out.
Do the same for the rest
If you like coconut , you can add coconut to the chicken filling
Place it to steamer and steam it for 20 minutes
Tasty and yummy chicken inside net recipe is ready
