Cut cabbage , capsicum and spring onion in to small pieces.
In a pan take 2 tbsp butter and 1 tsp oil. Add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste. Saute for 1 minute.
Add capsicum to it.
After 1 minute add spring onion to it.
Then add salt and black pepper powder to it.
Then add all the sauces and vinegar to it.
Add food colour to it.
After 2 minutes add boiled chicken's pieces.
Cut the bread from the middle, apply butter and mayonnaise to it.
Stuff chicken mixture in bread.
Take butter in the pan and shallow fry all the breads.
