Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 6 nos pav bhaji bread (long)


  • 1 cups cabbage


  • 1 cups capsicum


  • 1 cups spring onion


  • 1 cups boiled chicken


  • 1 cups mayonnaise


  • 1/2 cups butter


  • 1 tbsp green chili paste


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tbsp soya sauce


  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce


  • 1 tbsp schezwan sauce


  • 1 tbsp toamto ketchup


  • 1 tsp vinegar


  • 1 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 tsp red orange food colour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Cut cabbage , capsicum and spring onion in to small pieces.
  • In a pan take 2 tbsp butter and 1 tsp oil. Add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste. Saute for 1 minute.
  • Add capsicum to it.
  • After 1 minute add spring onion to it.
  • Then add salt and black pepper powder to it.
  • Then add all the sauces and vinegar to it.
  • Add food colour to it.
  • After 2 minutes add boiled chicken's pieces.
  • Cut the bread from the middle, apply butter and mayonnaise to it.
  • Stuff chicken mixture in bread.
  • Take butter in the pan and shallow fry all the breads.
