Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 6 nos potato boiled


  • 2 tbsp paneer grated


  • 2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 2 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tbsp cornflour


  • 2 nos onion grinded to paste


  • 1 nos tomato


  • 1/2 tsp ginger


  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp cumin leaves


  • 1 tbsp fresh malai


  • 1 tbsp cashew


  • 1/2 cups milk


  • 2 nos bay leaves


  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper

Directions

  • Grind onion to paste
  • Grind tomato green chilli coriander leaves to paste
  • Soak cashew and add milk to make a paste
  • Heat oil crackle cumin seeds
  • Add bay leaves black pepper
  • Add onion paste saute
  • Add tomato green chilli coriander leaves paste saute
  • Add cashew paste saute.roast the masala nicely .add water as desired
  • Grate potato paneer red chilli powder salt and cornflour to make a dough
  • Prepare balls of equal size fill malai in between
  • Fry these balls till golden brown
  • Let them cool
  • Dip them in gravy
  • Garnish with malai
