Grind all ingredients mentioned under for grinding section to form smooth paste
Heat butter in pressure cooker, add bay leaf, paneer, spicd powders, milk/water, sugar, salt, ground paste and kasuri methi. Mix well
Pressure cook on medium heat for 2 whistles
Once steam releases, mix well. Add 2 tbsp cream and handful of coriander leaves and mix well
Garnish with remaining cream and serve hot
