Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 200 gms cubed paneer


  • 1 nos bay leaf


  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1/3 cups water/milk


  • 1/4 tsp crushed kasuri methi


  • 3 tbsp butter


  • 3 tbsp cream


  • 1/4 tsp sugar


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 nos for grinding:onion roughly chopped


  • 3 nos tomatoes roughly chopped


  • 2 nos cloves


  • 3 nos cardamom


  • 8-10 nos cashews


  • 1/2 inch cinnamon stick


  • 1-2 nos green chillies


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Directions

  • Grind all ingredients mentioned under for grinding section to form smooth paste
  • Heat butter in pressure cooker, add bay leaf, paneer, spicd powders, milk/water, sugar, salt, ground paste and kasuri methi. Mix well
  • Pressure cook on medium heat for 2 whistles
  • Once steam releases, mix well. Add 2 tbsp cream and handful of coriander leaves and mix well
  • Garnish with remaining cream and serve hot
