Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Wheat Flour 2 cups

  • Semolina/Rava 1 cups

  • turmeric powder 1 tbsp

  • Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp

  • Coriander Powder 1 tbsp

  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp

  • Carrom Seeds 1 tbsp

  • Refined Oil 1 tbsp

  • Salt as per taste 1 tsp

Directions

    First take wheat flour, semolina, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, carrom seeds, 2 tbsp of oil and salt in a large bowl.

    Mix it well and knead it in a soft dough and let it rest for 15 min.

    After 15 min, divide the dough in small equal portions roll it like a puri. The puri is not very thin nor very thick.

    Heat oil in a kadhai, fry the puri on medium-high flame. Take it out and serve it.
