Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups wheat flour


  • 1 cups semolina/rava


  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tbsp coriander powder


  • 1 tbsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tbsp carrom seeds


  • 1 tbsp refined oil


  • 1 tsp salt as per taste

Directions

  • First take wheat flour, semolina, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, carrom seeds, 2 tbsp of oil and salt in a large bowl.
  • Mix it well and knead it in a soft dough and let it rest for 15 min.
  • After 15 min, divide the dough in small equal portions roll it like a puri. The puri is not very thin nor very thick.
  • Heat oil in a kadhai, fry the puri on medium-high flame. Take it out and serve it.
