Ingredients

Serves 3

  • chicken cubes 500 gms

  • maida 4-5 tbsp

  • cornflour 3 tbsp

  • egg beaten 1 nos

  • black pepper pwdr 1 tsp

  • salt 1 pinch

  • water to make batter 1 cups

  • for gravy :garlic cloves 3-4 nos

  • onion roughly chopped 1 nos

  • capsicum diced 1 nos

  • soya sauce 300 tsp

  • green chilli sauce 2 tsp

  • spring onions chopped 1 cups

  • cornflour mixed in 4 tbsp water 1 tbsp

    in a mixing bowl combine maida, cornflour, salt , black pepper pwdr & required amount of water to make dropping consistency . dip the chicken cubes in this batter & deep fry till golden brown. keep aside on a absorbent paper.

    heat oil in a pan . add chopped garlic & saute for few minutes. add the onion & capsicum. saute for few minutes. add the sauces, fried chicken cubes. mix well. add the cornflour& water mixture. gravy will turn thick now. add spring onions & serve hot with fried rice or hakka noodles
