Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 500 gms chicken cubes


  • 4-5 tbsp maida


  • 3 tbsp cornflour


  • 1 nos egg beaten


  • 1 tsp black pepper pwdr


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 cups water to make batter


  • 3-4 nos for gravy :garlic cloves


  • 1 nos onion roughly chopped


  • 1 nos capsicum diced


  • 300 tsp soya sauce


  • 2 tsp green chilli sauce


  • 1 cups spring onions chopped


  • 1 tbsp cornflour mixed in 4 tbsp water

Directions

  • in a mixing bowl combine maida, cornflour, salt , black pepper pwdr & required amount of water to make dropping consistency . dip the chicken cubes in this batter & deep fry till golden brown. keep aside on a absorbent paper.
  • heat oil in a pan . add chopped garlic & saute for few minutes. add the onion & capsicum. saute for few minutes. add the sauces, fried chicken cubes. mix well. add the cornflour& water mixture. gravy will turn thick now. add spring onions & serve hot with fried rice or hakka noodles
