Firstly cook the pasta in a sauce pan with 2 glasses of water and some salt until al dante.
Check if the pasta is done, else cook for another 30 seconds.
Strain in a colander and refresh with cold water and keep aside.
Now heat a non-stick pan with some olive oil. Add finely chopped onion and garlic. Fry for few seconds till it becomes fragrant and translucent.
Add capsicum and corn kernels and sauté for a minute, add tomato purée , pepper powder and salt. Again cook for a minute.
Add boiled pasta and mix well. Adjust the seasonings and switch off the flame.
Apply butter on slices of sandwich bread.
Spread a thick layer of the above prepared pasta mixture.
(Usually I take 2 tablespoons of pasta mixture for a sandwich.)
Sprinkle some grated cheese on top or place a cheese slice and sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes.
Place another bread on top to make a sandwich.
Grill until the cheese melts and the bread become crisp.
Serve hot along with a side salad or a soup.
