Ingredients

  • 5-6 nos chicken fillets cut into cubes


  • 1 tbsp blend to green paste:ginger-garlic paste


  • 1 nos lemon’s juice


  • 2 tbsp curd


  • 1 pinch green color (edible)


  • 1 cups coriander-mint leaves chopped


  • 2 pinch salt


  • 1 tsp black pepper pwdr


  • 1 nos egg beaten


  • 2 nos cut veggies into slices: capsicum


  • 1 nos green cabbage


  • 1 nos purple cabbage


  • 2 nos carrots


  • 5-6 nos coccinia grandis(tendli


  • 4-5 nos onions


  • 10-12 nos french beans


  • 2 tsp sugar


  • 6-7 nos garlic cloves chopped


  • 1 cups boiled peas


  • 1 cups blanched spinach leaves


  • 1 nos ready to fry french fries pack


  • 1 nos ice berg lettuce (leaves soaked in cold water)


  • 5-6 nos baby corn chopped


  • 1 cups sweet corn kernels boiled


  • 2 tbsp for white sauce: butter


  • 2 tbsp maida


  • 1 cups milk


  • 1 tsp black pepper pwdr & salt


  • 1 tsp bbq sauce


  • 3 tsp tomato sauce


  • 2 tsp soya sauce, red chilli & green chilli sauce


  • 3 tsp honey


  • 2 tsp white pepper powder


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 2-3 cups basmati rice (washed & soaked in water)


  • 300 ml oil


  • 4-5 tbsp butter

Directions

  • marinate chicken cubes in green paste for 5-6 hrs or overnight. arrange them in wooden skewers & grill in a preheated oven or shallow fry in a grill pan until chicken is tender & cooked. except white sauce mix all the sauces & honey in a small bowl & keep aside.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add flour & stir until the butter and flour are well combined. Pour in milk, stirring constantly as it thickens. Add salt & pepper.
  • u can more milk depending on desired consistency. add sweet corn kernels to white sauce & keep aside.
  • heat 3 tbsp oil in a heavy bottom vessel. add chopped garlic & saute for few minutes.add the sliced veggies (onions,capsicum,purple & green cabbage,carrots,tendli,french beans,baby corn). saute the vegetables on high heat for few minutes. (add sugar to maintain the color of the veggies). when the veggies r halfcooked add the sauce mixture,boiled peas, blanched spinach leaves,white pepper pwd r,salt. stir well & cook for few more minutes.
  • in another deep pan heat oil & deep fry the potatoes just like french fries & transfer them on absorbent paper to get rid of extra oil.
  • boil the rice & strain them in a colander. heat the sizzler plate (plate is very hot so handle carefully wid a pair oftongs) & place it on the wooden base. add butter & arrange the ice berg lettuce all over the plate. spread the veggie mixture on one side & place a dollop of boiled rice. place the prepared chicken skewer. add white sauce all over & place the french fries.
  • sprinkle grated cheese all over & serve sizzling hot.
