Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Noodles 1 cups

  • Oil 1/4 cups

  • Ginger (grated) 1 inch

  • Green chilli (finely chopped) 1 piece

  • Onion medium sized (finely chopped) 2 nos

  • Capsicum-medium sized (finely chopped) 1 nos

  • Soya sauce 1 tsp

  • Red chilli sauce 1 tsp

  • Green chilli sauce 1 tsp

  • Tomato sauce 1 tbsp

  • Vinegar 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp

Directions

    Take a pan add 3cup water heat it then add 1 teaspoon oil.

    Add noodles then boil it for 5min then wash the noodles with chilled water.

    Seive it and put it under fan.

  • 04

    Meanwhile take a pan add 2 tablespoons oil then add ginger and green chilli saute.

    Add onion fry for 1min then add capsicum fry for 1min more.

  • 06

    Add noodles fry for 2min.

  • 07

    Add salt, all the sauce and red chilli powder and vinegar toss it well.

  • 08

    Cook for 5min then turn off the flame.

  • 09

    Yummilicious veg Chowmein is ready to serve.
