Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups noodles


  • 1/4 cups oil


  • 1 inch ginger (grated)


  • 1 piece green chilli (finely chopped)


  • 2 nos onion medium sized (finely chopped)


  • 1 nos capsicum-medium sized (finely chopped)


  • 1 tsp soya sauce


  • 1 tsp red chilli sauce


  • 1 tsp green chilli sauce


  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 1 tsp vinegar


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

Directions

  • Take a pan add 3cup water heat it then add 1 teaspoon oil.
  • Add noodles then boil it for 5min then wash the noodles with chilled water.
  • Seive it and put it under fan.
  • Meanwhile take a pan add 2 tablespoons oil then add ginger and green chilli saute.
  • Add onion fry for 1min then add capsicum fry for 1min more.
  • Add noodles fry for 2min.
  • Add salt, all the sauce and red chilli powder and vinegar toss it well.
  • Cook for 5min then turn off the flame.
  • Yummilicious veg Chowmein is ready to serve.
