Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Oats 1 cups

  • Olive Oil 2 tbsp

  • Small Onion Chopped 1 nos

  • Grated Carrot 1/2 cups

  • Ginger Garlic Crushed 2 tsp

  • Bell Pepper Chopped 1 nos

  • Choppe d Spinach Leaves 1/2 cups

  • Black Pepper 1/2 tsp

  • Oregano 1/2 tsp

  • Red Chili Flakes 1 tsp

  • Potato Boiled and Mashed 2 nos

  • Bread Crumbs 1 cups

  • Fresh Coriander Leaves Chopped 1/2 cups

  • Salt 1 tsp

Directions

    Soak the oats in very little water.

    Heat the olive oil in a pan add chopped onions and saute for a minute

  • 03

    Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.

  • 04

    Add bell pepper, grated carrot, spinach leaves alongwith oregano, chilli flakes mix well and cook for 2 to 3 mts.

    Now add earlier soaked oats toss nicely, put salt, fresh coriander and let it cook for 2 to 3 mts.

    Add boiled and mashed potato, mix it well. Close the flame and let it cool down completely.

    Add bread crumbs and mix it well.

    Take 2 tbsp of mixture, roll it into your palm slowly and flatten it to form a desired shape.

    Shallow fry them until become golden brown colour.
