Soak the oats in very little water.
Heat the olive oil in a pan add chopped onions and saute for a minute
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
Add bell pepper, grated carrot, spinach leaves alongwith oregano, chilli flakes mix well and cook for 2 to 3 mts.
Now add earlier soaked oats toss nicely, put salt, fresh coriander and let it cook for 2 to 3 mts.
Add boiled and mashed potato, mix it well. Close the flame and let it cool down completely.
Add bread crumbs and mix it well.
Take 2 tbsp of mixture, roll it into your palm slowly and flatten it to form a desired shape.
Shallow fry them until become golden brown colour.
