Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups oats


  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  • 1 nos small onion chopped


  • 1/2 cups grated carrot


  • 2 tsp ginger garlic crushed


  • 1 nos bell pepper chopped


  • 1/2 cups choppe d spinach leaves


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


  • 1/2 tsp oregano


  • 1 tsp red chili flakes


  • 2 nos potato boiled and mashed


  • 1 cups bread crumbs


  • 1/2 cups fresh coriander leaves chopped


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Soak the oats in very little water.
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan add chopped onions and saute for a minute
  • Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
  • Add bell pepper, grated carrot, spinach leaves alongwith oregano, chilli flakes mix well and cook for 2 to 3 mts.
  • Now add earlier soaked oats toss nicely, put salt, fresh coriander and let it cook for 2 to 3 mts.
  • Add boiled and mashed potato, mix it well. Close the flame and let it cool down completely.
  • Add bread crumbs and mix it well.
  • Take 2 tbsp of mixture, roll it into your palm slowly and flatten it to form a desired shape.
  • Shallow fry them until become golden brown colour.
