Mix sooji and sour curd in a mixing bowl. keep it aside for 5 to 10 mins.
Now add beetroot puree, salt, black pepper, chat masala, chopped onion, chopped corriander leaves ,eno fruit salt and chopped beans.
Mix it very well.
Now brush the Appampatra with oil and heat it.
Now add 1 scoop of batter in Appampatra.
Cover it with the lid for two mins.
Now flip it after two mins and again cover it with the lid.
After two mins it is done.
Transfer it on the plate.
The pink color of beetroot looks so nice.
Serve it with green chutney aur mayonnaise sauce.
