  • Chicken drummettes 500 gms

  • corn flour 2-3 tbsp

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

  • Red Chilly Powder 1-2 tsp

  • tandoori masala 1 tsp

  • Red Orange Colour-optional 1/4 tsp

  • Salt to taste approx 1-2 tsp

  • Oil for deep fry 500 ml

    In a mixing bowl take butter milk , salt amd chicken drummettes ..mix well and keep covered aside for half an hour

    Later remove excess water from it and with the help of a knife ,scratch down the flesh

    Now in a mixing bowl take corn flour, ginger garlic paste, red orange colour, tandoori masala, red chilli powder , salt to taste and little water

    Mix it well to prepare a thick paste

    Now dip all merinated chicken drummettes in to tjis paste

  • 06

    Heat sufficient oil and deep fry all chicken drummettes on low heat till done and starts floating on top

  • 07

    Wrap silver foil on tapering end of drummettes to give it a lollypop shape

  • 08

    Serve hot immediately with your favourite Dip or chutney and enjoy endlessly with family and friends
