Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Boneless chicken breast 500 gms

  • Hung curd 1-2 cups

  • Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp

  • Chopped mint leaves 1 tbsp

  • tandoori masala 1-2 tsp

  • Red chilly powder 1 tsp

  • Salt to taste approximately 1-2 tsp

  • Ginger garlic and green chilly paste 1 tbsp

  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp

  • Oil 1-2 tbsp

  • Kasoori methi 2 tsp

Directions

    First of all , clean the chicken breasts and cut into medium sized peices

  • 02

    In a mixing bowl take hung curd , ginger garlic green chillies paste, salt to taste , kasoori methi, chopped coriander and mint leaves , tandoori Masala powder , red chilli powder , lemon juice and some oil

    Mix well and prepare merination

  • 04

    Add chicken breast peices in to it and mix well

  • 05

    Keep it covered for next half an hour in fridge for merination

  • 06

    After half an hour, arrange merinated chicken breasts in to skewers . Keep some gap between peices

  • 07

    By the time prepheat oven on 180 degrees

  • 08

    Now grill chicken breasts arranged in skewers in oven for 20-30 minutes on 180-200 degrees

  • 09

    Check and turn skewers in between and apply some oil on cooking chicken

  • 10

    Carefully remove from skewers and serve hot immediately with your favourite Dip or chutney and enjoy endlessly with family and friends
