Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kgs

  • Egg 1 nos

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp

  • Kashmiri Red Chili Powder 2 tbsp

  • Corn Flour 1 tbsp

  • Lime Juice 1 tbsp

  • Salt 1/4 tsp

  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp

  • Oil or more for deep frying 1 cups

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients except oil and marinate the chicken for atleast 2 hours

  • 02

    Deep fry them in medium hot oil till its colour changes and cooks well.

  • 03

    Serve hot with onion slices and lemon wedges
