Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 kgs chicken boneless


  • 1 nos egg


  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 2 tbsp kashmiri red chili powder


  • 1 tbsp corn flour


  • 1 tbsp lime juice


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1 cups oil or more for deep frying

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients except oil and marinate the chicken for atleast 2 hours
  • Deep fry them in medium hot oil till its colour changes and cooks well.
  • Serve hot with onion slices and lemon wedges
