Ingredients

Chicken-Boneless 1/2 kgs
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice/Vinegar 1 tbsp
Thick Curd 1/2 cups
Rice Flour 1/4 cups
Maida 1/4 cups
corn flour 1/4 cups
Oil for deep frying 1 cups
Curry Leaves 1 sprig
Directions
Wash and cut the boneless chicken pieces into small cubes
Mix all the ingredients except the flours and oil and marinate overnight
Take the marinated chicken out of fridge 1 hour before cooking.
Add in rice flour,corn flour and maida . Mix well.
Add curry leaves and give a nice mix.
Deep fry them along with curry leaves in hot medium oil.
Serve with lemon wedges and onion.
