Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1/2 kgs chicken-boneless


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 tbsp chilli powder


  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice/vinegar


  • 1/2 cups thick curd


  • 1/4 cups rice flour


  • 1/4 cups maida


  • 1/4 cups corn flour


  • 1 cups oil for deep frying


  • 1 sprig curry leaves

Directions

  • Wash and cut the boneless chicken pieces into small cubes
  • Mix all the ingredients except the flours and oil and marinate overnight
  • Take the marinated chicken out of fridge 1 hour before cooking.
  • Add in rice flour,corn flour and maida . Mix well.
  • Add curry leaves and give a nice mix.
  • Deep fry them along with curry leaves in hot medium oil.
  • Serve with lemon wedges and onion.
