Boneless Chicken 150 gms
Butter 4 tsp
Milk 1 cups
All purpose flour 3 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Chilly Flakes 1 tsp
Green Chilly Chopped 1/4 tsp
Onion Chopped 3 tsp
Coriander Leaves 2 tsp
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Bread Slices 10 nos
Egg 2 nos
Oil for frying Only 1/2 cups
Water 1/4 cups
Directions
Marinate chicken with little salt and pepper for 20 mnts.Cook it with some water and set asideFor alfredo sauceIn a pan add 2 spoon of butter and then 1.5 spoon of maida..Cook it untill raw smell disappears.combine milk little by little and cook untill the sauce thickens..add pepper, salt, chilly flakes at this time and switch of the flameIn another pan add butter and thereafter greenchilly and oinion..When onion turns colour add chicken,coriander leaves and garam masala..mix all together..Add alfredo sauce to this and combine everything..Set asideMake wheel from bread slices with any shape cutter..Rest portion of the bread can be use for making bread crumbs..beat two egg in a bowl.. Also take 2 spoon of maida in another one..For a spiciness add chilly flakes to the bread crumbs..it is completely optionalππ..Stuff the alfredo chicken in one wheel and cover it with other wheel as shown in video.refridgerate It for 20 mnts..dont skip this step.After 20 mnts dip the wheel first in maida then In egg And den in bread crumbs..Repeat The same for all bread wheels and again refridgerate for 10 mnts..Deep fry in hot oil and serve hot with ketchup or any white dip..πππ
