Wash and clean the chicken pieces and cut into small pieces .
Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion and fry till golden in color . Add the ginger garlic paste and saute it .
Add the spices turmeric powder ,cumin powder , red chilli powder and fry the spices till the rawness disappear .
Now add the Chicken pieces and mix it well on medium heat till the chicken is well coated with the spices .
In a separate bowl mix yogurt , cashew paste and garam masala powder .
Lower the heat and add the yogurt mixture to the chicken . Cook on low heat till the oil starts leaving the sides of the pan . Add the tomato puree and continuously cooking on low medium heat .
Add the salt and mix well .
Check the seasonings , by this time Chicken pieces should be well Incorporated with the spices mixture . Add little water if required .
Cover the pan and cook for five minutes .
When it is done , add mashed egg yolks , butter , chopped coriander leaves and kasuri methi .
Garnish the chicken Bharta with slices of boiled eggs .
Serve Chicken Bharta with Roti or Naan .
