Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 3 small ripe avocadoes

  • 150 gm white peas

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 1 large onion

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Salt 1.5 teaspoon

  • 1.5 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 tablespoon mint leaves chopped

  • 2 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves chopped

  • 2 tablespoon basil crushed

  • 1.5 tablespoon freshly crushed black pepper

  • 150 gm fresh paneer cubed small

  • 100 gm Sweet corn

  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil

Directions

  • 01

    soak the peas in adequate water for 4 hours before pressure cooking/ boiling them until they soften

  • 02

    boil the sweet corn until soft and keep aside

  • 03

    chop the onion, tomatoes and avocadoes small

  • 04

    keep rest of the ingredients ready as there peas cool off a bit after boiling

  • 05

    In a large salad bowl, transfer the boiled peas and throw in the avocadoes

  • 06

    Add all the ingredients one after the other followed by the seasonings

  • 07

    Toss all the ingredients well and serve immediately
