Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 kgs chicken


  • 3 nos minced onions


  • 1 tbsp minced ginger and garlic


  • 1 cups tomato puree


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp chicken masala


  • 3-4 nos cloves


  • 1 inch cinnamon stick


  • 1 nos bay leaf


  • 2 nos green cardamom


  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 2 nos finely chopped green chilly

Directions

  • Heat oil in a wok.
  • Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
  • Add bay leaf, Green cardamom , Cinnamon stick and cloves in it and saute for a while.
  • Add onions in it and saute until transparent.
  • Add ginger garlic in it and cook until golden brown.
  • Add tomato puree and green chilly in it and saute for two minutes.
  • Add salt and pepper and dry spices in it. Mix well.
  • Add washed chicken in it. Mix well and cook until oil separates.
  • Add water as required and cook until done.
  • Add corriander leaves in it. Mix well.
  • It's ready.
