Heat oil in a wok.
Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
Add bay leaf, Green cardamom , Cinnamon stick and cloves in it and saute for a while.
Add onions in it and saute until transparent.
Add ginger garlic in it and cook until golden brown.
Add tomato puree and green chilly in it and saute for two minutes.
Add salt and pepper and dry spices in it. Mix well.
Add washed chicken in it. Mix well and cook until oil separates.
Add water as required and cook until done.
Add corriander leaves in it. Mix well.
It's ready.
