Wash chicken well and add one tea spoon salt and lemon juice in it. Mix well and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
Add bay leaf, Cloves and cinnamon stick in it and saute for a while.
Add onions in it and saute until transparent.
Add ginger and garlic in it and saute for five minutes.
Add tomatoes and green chilly in it and saute for two minutes.
Add salt and dry spices in it. Mix well.
Cover the pan for two minutes on low flame.
Uncover and keep stirring until the onion tomatoes mixture seems like bhuna paste.
Add chicken in it and saute well with bhuna masala.
Add half glass water in it. Cover the pan and cook it on low flame until chicken is done.
Add kasoori methi and corriander leaves in it. Mix well.
It's ready.
