  • 1 bowls bhujia as par your taste ( spicy or non spicy )


  • 1 bowls wheat dough

Directions

  • Take a dough and make little bigger balls of it.
  • Now take 1 ball and start making chapati.
  • Now stuff 1. 5 scoop of bhujia in it.
  • Roll down slowly slowly.
  • So that bhujia does not comes out of it.
  • Now heat the flat pan and brush it with oil.
  • Put the stuff roti on it.
  • Now flip it and spread some oil on the parantha.
  • Then again flip it and spread the oil.
  • Now cook it from the sides till it becomes brown and crispy.
  • Transfer it on the the plate.
  • Serve it with tomato ketchup or aloo ki subzi.
