Take a dough and make little bigger balls of it.
Now take 1 ball and start making chapati.
Now stuff 1. 5 scoop of bhujia in it.
Roll down slowly slowly.
So that bhujia does not comes out of it.
Now heat the flat pan and brush it with oil.
Put the stuff roti on it.
Now flip it and spread some oil on the parantha.
Then again flip it and spread the oil.
Now cook it from the sides till it becomes brown and crispy.
Transfer it on the the plate.
Serve it with tomato ketchup or aloo ki subzi.
