  • 1 kgs chicken

  • 2 nos finely chopped onion

  • 2 nos finely chopped tomatoes

  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1 sprig coriander leaves

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp red chilly powder

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 2 nos green cardamom

  • 2 nos cloves

  • 1 inch cinnamon stick

  • 1 tbsp fennel seeds

  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds

  • 2 nos green chilly chopped


  • Wash chicken well.
  • Grind corriander leaves and green chilly in to a coarse paste.
  • Dry roast Green cardamom, Cinnamon stick, Cloves, fennel seeds , corriander seeds in a pan and grind it in to a fine powder.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add onions in it and saute well.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and soute until raw smell is gone.
  • Add tomatoes in it and saute for two minutes.
  • Add salt and pepper, Turmeric powder and prepared dry masala in it. Mix well and soute until oil separates.
  • Add chicken in it. Mix well and cook on low flame for five minutes. add one glass water in it and cook until done.
  • Add corriander paste in it. Mix well and cook for five minutes.
  • It's ready. Serve with naan or chapati.
