Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • FOR PREPARING PASTA: - penne pasta 1 cup


  • Water 4 cup


  • Salt 1 teaspoon


  • Oil 1 teaspoon


  • FOR PREPARING CHICKEN: - boneless chicken 250 gm.


  • 2 finally chopped onions


  • Tomato puree 1 cup


  • Garlic minced 1 tablespoon


  • Ginger minced 1 tablespoon


  • Oil 2 tablespoon


  • 1 capsicum cut in julians


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • Red chilly powder 2 teaspoon


  • Chicken masala 1 teaspoon


  • Corriander leaves 1 tablespoon

Directions

  • Boil water in a deep pan. Add salt and oil in it.
  • Add pasta into the boiling water. Let the pasta boil for about 8-10 minutes or until al dente. give an occasional stir.
  • Strain it in a strainer under cold water and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add onions in it and saute until transparent.
  • Add ginger and garlic in it and saute for two minutes.
  • Add tomatoes puree in it and saute for two minutes.
  • Add salt and pepper and chicken masala powder in it. Mix well.
  • Cover the pan for two minutes.
  • Uncover it and keep stirring until the onion tomatoes mixture seems like a paste.
  • Wash chicken well and add in it. Mix well and cook chicken until tender.
  • Add capsicum julians in it. Stir well and cook for five minutes.
  • Add boil pasta in it. Stir well.
  • Add corriander leaves in it. Mix well and it's ready.
