Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 400 gms chicken pieces


  • 2 nos large onion chopped


  • 1 tbsp ginger paste


  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds paste


  • 1 tbsp mustard seeds paste


  • 1 tsp red chilli paste


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1/2 cups tomato puree


  • 1/2 cups milk


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp sugar

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan .
  • Add onion and fry well in low medium heat .
  • Now add the Chicken pieces and fry well .
  • In a mixing bowl add all cumin powder , chilli paste , ginger paste , mustard paste and poppy seeds paste and mix well .
  • Now add the masala mix in the pan and fry well .
  • Fry it for 10 minutes or until the oil leaves the side of the pan .
  • Now add the salt and sugar and mix well .
  • Add 1 cup of water and cover with the lid and allow to cook for 10 minutes .
  • Now sprinkle some garam masala powder and switch off the flame .
  • Serve it only Steam Rice ☺️
