Ingredients

Serves 4

  • chicken pieces 400 gms

  • large onion chopped 2 nos

  • ginger paste 1 tbsp

  • poppy seeds paste 2 tbsp

  • mustard seeds paste 1 tbsp

  • red chilli paste 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • cumin powder 1 tsp

  • garam masala powder 1 tsp

  • tomato puree 1/2 cups

  • Milk 1/2 cups

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Sugar 1 tsp

Directions

    Heat oil in a pan .

    Add onion and fry well in low medium heat .

  • 03

    Now add the Chicken pieces and fry well .

    In a mixing bowl add all cumin powder , chilli paste , ginger paste , mustard paste and poppy seeds paste and mix well .

    Now add the masala mix in the pan and fry well .

    Fry it for 10 minutes or until the oil leaves the side of the pan .

    Now add the salt and sugar and mix well .

    Add 1 cup of water and cover with the lid and allow to cook for 10 minutes .

    Now sprinkle some garam masala powder and switch off the flame .

    Serve it only Steam Rice ☺️
