  • Paneer 200 gms

  • Refined Flour 2 tbsp

  • Corn Flour 1/4 cups

  • Bread Crumbs 1 cups

  • Red Chilli Powder 2 tbsp

  • Black Pepper Crushed 1 tbsp

  • Ginger-garlic Paste 1 tbsp

  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp

  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp

  • Salt as per taste 1 tsp

  • Cooking oil 1 cups

    Firstly, take 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 tbsp of red chilli powder , 1/2 tbsp of crushed black pepper, 2 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves, 1tbsp of lemon juice and salt in a bowl, mix it well.

    Cut the paneer in rectangle shape ( you can cut it in any shape). Coat the paneer with the marinate, cover it and allow it to rest for minimum 20 minutes in refrigerator.

    Meanwhile prepare a batter by mixing corn flour, refined flour, 1/2 tbsp of black pepper, salt and 1/2 cup of water. The batter should be of flowing consistency.

    Dip the marinated paneer into the batter and coat it well.

    Take bread crumbs in a bowl, add 1/2 tbsp of red chilli powder and salt into it.

    Then coat the batter coated paneer with bread crumbs by covering all the sides and keep it in refrigerator for 10 minutes.

    Heat oil in a kadhai, deep fry the paneer nuggets in hot oil on medium flame by stirring occasionally till it turns golden brown.

    Serve it with green chutney recipe or tomato sauce.
