Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 200 gms paneer


  • 2 tbsp refined flour


  • 1/4 cups corn flour


  • 1 cups bread crumbs


  • 2 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tbsp black pepper crushed


  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • 1 tsp salt as per taste


  • 1 cups cooking oil

Directions

  • Firstly, take 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 tbsp of red chilli powder , 1/2 tbsp of crushed black pepper, 2 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves, 1tbsp of lemon juice and salt in a bowl, mix it well.
  • Cut the paneer in rectangle shape ( you can cut it in any shape). Coat the paneer with the marinate, cover it and allow it to rest for minimum 20 minutes in refrigerator.
  • Meanwhile prepare a batter by mixing corn flour, refined flour, 1/2 tbsp of black pepper, salt and 1/2 cup of water. The batter should be of flowing consistency.
  • Dip the marinated paneer into the batter and coat it well.
  • Take bread crumbs in a bowl, add 1/2 tbsp of red chilli powder and salt into it.
  • Then coat the batter coated paneer with bread crumbs by covering all the sides and keep it in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a kadhai, deep fry the paneer nuggets in hot oil on medium flame by stirring occasionally till it turns golden brown.
  • Serve it with green chutney recipe or tomato sauce.
